About Us

Denver School of the Bible (DSB) is a local church-based Bible institute operating as a ministry of Victory Baptist Church in Denver, North Carolina. DSB was established with the conviction that every believer should be equipped to handle the Word of God rightly (2 Timothy 2:15) and to serve effectively in their God-given calling. Our focus is on preparing Christians for various levels of ministry service—from lay leadership and volunteer ministry to pastoral and missionary work. Classes are intentionally structured for working adults and church members seeking deeper scriptural understanding without compromising doctrinal integrity. Our educational philosophy prioritizes biblical authority, theological clarity, and ministry application.

Doctrinal Statement

Denver School of the Bible upholds a conservative, Bible-believing position consistent with historic Baptist doctrine.

 

Core beliefs include:

  • The verbal, plenary inspiration and preservation of the Scriptures (KJV).
     

  • The triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
     

  • The deity, virgin birth, sinless life, and substitutionary atonement of Jesus Christ.
     

  • Salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone

A Message From The President

Dear Future Student,

If you’re reading this, it’s likely because something within you is stirring—perhaps a hunger to grow deeper in God’s Word, a desire to serve more faithfully, or even a calling you’re still trying to understand. Let me encourage you: that stirring is not accidental. It’s divine.

Denver School of the Bible exists “Where Believers Become Leaders.” That transformation isn’t automatic, and it isn’t always easy. It will stretch you, challenge you, and require your commitment. But if you’re willing to step out in faith and give God your best, He will do more in and through you than you ever imagined.

You don’t have to be a preacher or teacher to join us. You simply need a heart willing to learn and grow. We’ll walk with you every step of the way. So pray, seek the Lord, and if He leads you here—we’ll be ready to welcome you.
